All content in Mooncircle, including tarot readings, moon-phase insights, horoscope-style copy, reflections, and breathwork guidance, is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. Nothing in the app is, or should be treated as, medical, mental-health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Do not use the app to make decisions about your health, money, relationships, or safety, and always consult a qualified professional for those matters. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any respiratory or cardiovascular concerns, talk with your doctor before practicing breathwork.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email and device secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Mooncircle. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Journal entries and reflections you write belong to you. We store them only to provide the app experience, and we do not sell them or share them for advertising.
If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by the app store you purchased through (for example, Apple). Prices, renewal, and cancellation are managed in your app store account settings, and refunds follow the app store's policies.
The app's artwork, card imagery, text, and design are owned by Mooncircle or its licensors and are for your personal, non-commercial use within the app.
Do not misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it in any unlawful way.
Mooncircle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mooncircle and its creators are not liable for any decisions you make, or losses you incur, in reliance on content in the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Mooncircle after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
